Green Landscaping Group completes acquisition of Aktiv Veidrift in Norway

3 May 2022 at 11:00 CEST Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has today taken over all outstanding shares in Aktiv Veidrift AS.

As previously announced, Green Landscaping Group has signed an agreement to acquire Aktiv Veidrift AS. On April 21, 2022, approval was received from the Competition Authority in Norway, and access has taken place as of today.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Aktiv Veidrift AS with access today. The acquisition is financed within existing credit facilities and the transfer of repurchased shares.
