Green Landscaping strengthens its position in Oslo through the acquisition of EF Drift AS

EF Drift was founded in 2012 and has developed into a successful company with main focus within street and road maintenance. The company employs about 20 people and operates around Oslo.

- EF Drift is a relatively young company run by skilled entrepreneurs. The company’s strong operational focus is appealing to us and we see opportunities for the company to grow in the market around Oslo. We also see the opportunity for cooperation with our other companies in Norway. - We have followed Green Landscaping Group for some time and after some dialogue we immediately found a culture match that we want to build on. We are still in the build-up phase of the company and look forward continuing to lead and develop EF Drift, says Anders och Espen Egner together with Anders Faergestad, founders of EF Drift.

Green Landscaping Group intends to acquire 100 percent of the shares in EF Drift in the near future and the sellers will then become owners in Green Landscaping Group.
