The Nomination Committee of Green Landscaping Group nominates Tomas Bergström as new Chairman of the Board
Ahead of this spring's Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee of Green Landscaping has decided to nominate Tomas Bergström as the new Chairman of the Board. If elected, he would replace Per Sjöstrand, who after more than 10 years as chairman, has informed the Nomination Committee that he does not wish to stand for re‑election.
Tomas Bergström is the CEO of Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2020. The Nomination Committee intends to return with its complete proposal for the Board of Directors no later than in the notice of this year's Annual General Meeting.
