Green Landscaping Groups main financing

• A Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) was established in October 2021. The facility amounts to SEK 1,000 million and has a tenor of 3+1+1 years.
• Four term loans totaling SEK 1,225 million, issued in October 2021 and May 2023, with tenors aligned with the Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility.
• An issued senior unsecured bond for a total of SEK 500 million, issued May 2025 with a tenor of 3,5 years.
